Sarbane Oxley Rules

June 16th, 2009 | by admin |

There were many different things that I had to learn about when I went from a small private company to working in the real estate department of a large publicly traded company. I knew that there were going to be a lot of changes but I thought that I would still be able to do my work and hopefully change things on a dime if I saw something was going awry. Unfortunately, publicly traded companies not only have their own rules to live under by they are guided by a Sarbanes Oxley Whistleblower should anything be done not according to the big government rules and regulations.
