It might be worth considering, to help retain a loyal customer base.
Or perhaps a customer incentive program could be considered; if a customer stays with the cell phone carrier for more than a year, they get perhaps 50 free minutes each month as a reward.
Another idea could be to send each long-term customer rewards cards, like my favorite neighborhood store does when I’ve spent over two hundred dollars. That’s a great idea!
