You Can Use a Password to Protect Your MS Word 2007 Document

December 25th, 2007 | by admin |

In MS Word 2007, you have the option of setting a password so that unauthorized readers are prevented from editing your document. With your document open while using microsoft word tutorials for children, look for the Review tab in the Protect options, then click on Protect Document so the sub-menu shows up. Look for the Restrict Formatting and Editing command, then choose Allow Only This Type of Editing In The Document. Click on Yes, Start Enforcing Protection, choose Password, and create your password. Confirm your password then hit the Ok button.
