First get an exam voucher from the Sun educational services local office. Once you have the voucher, it can be read team when you register for the cast which is done by making an appointment. Although you cannot yet and refund for the voucher it is transferable. You have one year to finish your exam after your paid registration otherwise your money will be lost.
