CDMS, or clinical data management, is used in any kind of clinical research such as new medications use in health care. This clinical data management is to manage the data that has been gathered for this research. This research is kept at the clinical site and stored in the clinical data management. The research goes through various analysis in order to reduce the risk of human error. The most popular way of doing this audit is double data entry. Double data entry, or two pass verification, in the clinical data management is a way to verify that the original entry of data matches the second entry of data so there is no errors.
