The price I pay for having hypertension
November 10th, 2008 | by admin |I let myself get very high blood pressure, called hypertension. As a result I have to keep very good blood pressure equipment at home so I can check my pressure a couple times a day. My change in diet and exercise along with the meds I have to take bring the pressure down some but not quite to the normal range. Nothing can cure my condition but I am managing to keep it under control. I hope all of you out there have your blood pressure checked regularly and do what it takes if it starts going up. If you don’t you will regret it for life.
