Management Document Storage Standards

March 1st, 2008 | by admin |

Our archive of documents is rapidly approaching a point where it will be unmanageable. It’s time to institute some
management document storage standards. We need to be able to find information quickly when we need it, and our present system isn’t cutting it.
In particular, we need to look at Online Document Management. I think it could help us get things under control, at least to some extent.
Of course the real hassle will be getting management to sign off on the management document storage standards. They’re tight fisted, but they’re just going to have to fork over the money for this one.
