A Live Welcome From The Main Boss.
When I got promoted from worker to supervisor I received my first personal congratulations from the company Vice president, over a webcast live broadcast. I got to say, I was very dumbfounded and impressed that not only did a Sr. V.P. knew who I was and that I had just been promoted, but that he actually took the time to webcast a personal congratulations on my promotion. what-is-webcasting This was the first company I have ever worked which went to that level of making you feel like a member of a family. Believe me I did not want to disappoint this Sr. V.P. so I became the very best supervisor I could.
